David Schroeder, AIA, LEED AP

Founder/ Principal Architect

David Schroeder is the Founder and Principal Architect of Schroeder Architects. David graduated from Louisiana State University with a BA in Architecture in 1990. In 1998, David founded his first architecture firm in Atlanta, GA.  Since, he has directed architectural and master planning work across mixed-use, entertainment, civic, hospitality, and community-centered environments nationwide. David’s work is rooted in a consistent foundation—clarity of design intent, contextual intelligence, and an ability to guide projects from concept through long-term performance—resulting in places where architecture, commerce, and community support one another.

Jeet Gaikwad

Senior Design Architect

Jeet Gaikwad is a Senior Design Architect at Schroeder Architects and a key design leader within the firm. Since joining the practice in 2017, he has played a central role in bringing design vision to the firm’s work, with a thoughtful approach that balances conceptual clarity with technical execution.

Trained in both architecture and construction management, Jeet brings a rigorous, globally informed design sensibility to the practice. He holds a Master of Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a Diploma in Construction Management from the J.B. Institute of Management in Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Shivaji University in Kolhapur, India.

Will Bethell, AIA, LEED AP

Project Manager

Will Bethell is a Project Architect at Schroeder Architects, bringing over two decades of architectural experience across a wide range of project types. His work spans retail, education, hospitality, adaptive reuse, mixed-use, and transportation, supported by expertise in varied structural systems and building forms. Will joined the firm in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas. He is AIA, NCARB, and LEED AP certified.

Grant Jones

Will Bethell, AIA, LEED AP

Project Architect

Grant Jones has over 20 years of experience in Architecture, participating extensively in projects

ranging from Commercial, to Residential, to Residential Interior Design. A graduate of Georgia

Tech with a Master of Architecture degree, he is equally at home with large scale commercial

projects and small residential additions and renovations. Grant has previously worked closely

with Interior designers on high end residential projects and local developers with small scale

renovations of investment properties. Outside of Architecture, Grant is passionate about

classical music and has sung with the Atlanta Opera for the past 27 years, having a B.A. of Music

undergrad degree. Grant brings to every project he works on a thoroughness and attention to

detail, believing even the smallest architectural detail is as important as the overall program and

design intent.

Dan Lewis

Junior Project Manager

Dan Lewis is a Junior Project Manager at Schroeder Architects. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has specialized in retail and recreation projects, contributing as a highly proficient technical designer with expertise in CAD and design modeling software. Dan holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Fiona Duvall

Junior Project Architect

Fiona Duvall is a Junior Project Architect at Schroeder Architects. Her design perspective is informed by a context-driven approach to architecture, with an emphasis on site, climate, and programmatic complexity. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University and joined the firm in 2024.

Abigail Yeagley, AIA

Junior Project Architect

Abigail Yeagley is a Junior Project Architect at Schroeder Architects. Eco-centered strategies are integral to Abigail's design approach, reflected in both professional projects and a comprehensive architectural thesis recognized internationally for its exploration of climate-responsive and sustainable architecture. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University. She is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
